我：“你有你们品牌的元素吗？某一间店要弄个翻新，需要我们给到效果图。”
BM1:"有的，马上发给你。”
BM2:"好的，真是更新形象的好机会！”
臭人：“没有。”（脸黑黑的，眼睛看也不看我一下，继续她的电脑打字，好像很忙似的。）
过了1小时，我综合了所有的形象元素，放进ppt，发给他们看，以便讨论一下。
臭人：“怎么没有我的品牌的？形象元素呢？。。。什么？我不明白！这到底是什么？”
（好像天要塌下来是的，更像是她老公要和她离婚似的）

oops, just found out in a previous blog where an in- depth discussion was held abt definition of "makahai".
Haha... I think it is a very bad word, as explained by my friend kai xin. But, the bad people deserves this description.

I think you need something to vent your anger. Try a stuffed toy, punch it a few times when you are angry, and keep it away under your desk when you are not. Start with a Martel product the "makahai bitch" is responsible of.
