After reading june's blog about the rental fees in her city, i started calculating ours over here.
I suddenly feel very very very depressed...
We are paying close to 50K renminbi a year to the cipet cheena ah pek (the house owner) just for rental!!!!! (including deposits)
Stay here 2 years, I can own a brand new car in KL already (not proton)!!! WhollY Sh*t!!!!!

yes, it is just a 101 meter square apartment, with exact usage of only 88 meter square, 2-bedroom-apartment.
Well, I don't live exactly in city, so for that price, I actually got quite a decent security protection. muahaha... but outside that compoud, is all cheena ah pek feeling area. Damn. So I only feel happy once I stepped into the compoud area. Sad eh?
btw, for this space, if I want to stay in the heart of city, I have to pay triple amount.
