I want to say, whoever designs the Enrich webpage inside the MAS, you deserved to be sacked!
The webpate design is so lousy, log-on page for members are so difficult to be located, and so difficult to find the redeemption page and calculating the miles!!!!!
You! can you go learn up the user-friendly end-user design from Nokia???!!!
After spending half an hour on the lousy page, I am left with zero info on the info I want to search. @#$%!

I was about to complain about their webpage too. I can't update my personal info at all, it comes out error everytime I tried to update my I/C number. MAS - Mana Ada Sistem?
Fuck them la... If you read my blog, I am going to cut my Enrich card into 2 and burn it!
hehe...i upgraded to Biz class seats using my Enrich points during my last Hanoi flight. Although it's a bit inconvenient at the website, but at least i managed to upgrade :-)
